Drama Therapy
 
Drama therapy is a unique approach to resolving emotional issues that combines theater and psychotherapy.  Drama therapy can help you move out of rigid roles, express your feelings, and discover more satisfying ways of relating. 
 
Some drama therapy techniques you may have heard of include psychodrama, the empty chair exercise, playback theater, and role-playing.  I'm trained in these techniques as well as Developmental Transformations, where client and therapist improvise together to explore issues related to intimacy, boundaries, emotional expression, and spirituality. 
 
You do not have to be an experienced actor to participate in drama therapy.  It's useful for people of all ages who are struggling with:
